Regarding the topic: I also see a bungalow with a gable roof as the most cost-effective. A basement is out of the question. Space-saving would probably be an expanded attic with child, office, and technology upstairs. However, a staircase would then be necessary. I could imagine that a cold roof with a larger floor area does not differ much financially from a warm roof with a smaller floor area.

If the Nordstraße is there, the property would be Idealstandard. Then a prefabricated house builder with a standard design could possibly score points in terms of price. But only if you take over the design 1 to 1 and are satisfied with the quality of the provider.

No, a standard design cannot/will not become an option. We have too "special" ideas for that. And it would also have to fit into the development plan. That's rather unrealistic. Nope, almost every bungalow with an unfinished cold roof fits, as long as it remains under 188m² of floor area, or did I miss something?
