We currently have our two-family house with a double garage on a good 1600 sqm plot. The garden is well utilized with a playground, 220 sqm chicken run, 110 sqm vegetable garden, fruit trees, berry bushes, space for 2 trailers, barbecue area, etc.
And about 100 sqm of that will be taken up by the new house. The less garden we lose, the better.
