There is certainly a certain entertainment value in which "experts" give advice here. I can only give the tip, go to a civil engineer, they will advise you. A bungalow has by definition only one floor and possibly a basement. The roof pitch is always minimal, between 8 and 15 degrees. And [Tenik] in the roof? Stay away!

But, do you know what you're talking about? ... A bungalow can just as well have roofs with much higher pitches ... hipped roofs and the like or with 0 pitch ... flat roof. Are you really a civil engineer?

Now I would like a as detailed as possible explanation.
Right now, in the (rough initial) planning, everything is exactly heading that way.
