But it won't be a "real" bungalow; instead, I try to get the maximum height possible because I want as little floor area as possible. So roof pitch between 22 and 28° and maximum knee wall height. Thus, at least the utility room, storage room, and probably the study are supposed to be in the "upstairs". It also won't be a cold roof.

Who cares whether it's real or fake??? Cool... actually, the only thing that matters is whether the permit goes through. Ah..., says a business administrator in gold crowns. It's really a bit cheeky what you say here... I’m curious about more... Neighboring forums are partly closed, so people want to...

unimaginative pedants who senselessly ride definitions for their own sake to flaunt their half-knowledge, which actually interests no one. But I am rather confused by the development plan. How does one currently get to the property then? Are you sure you mean the northern street? A new building "at the back" would mostly lie outside the building window, right? What are the chances of getting a building permit there? How would the access and utilities for this house be planned?

The name says it all... Or not. I quote Wikipedia: A bungalow is usually a one-story house that can have various roof shapes.

Yes, I mean the northern street
From the property plot number 2414. That also belongs to me and is connected to the one to be developed, there is no separation between the two plots.
But I would only start construction at the earliest when the northern street is finished.
No, it is exactly within the building window (blue rectangle, red house in the purple marked area).
Well, there is a development plan and the house possibly to be built has been marked there since 2001. Why should there be problems getting a building permit? Access and utilities probably from the street that is being constructed. It is the northern street that has a turning circle right behind our property.
I don’t understand your questions right now, since everything is presented quite clearly.

Problem with understanding: the red house is not there yet?! The new building is supposed to go there. Now I get it. Sorry for the late reaction.
