It is a residential area, residential houses (or a retirement home) on the left and right. Yes, narrow and long.

Please also note that sitting all day in the blazing sun in summer is no fun. If you haven't experienced this so far, it might surprise you negatively. I can sing a song about that. In our current rental house, the terrace is practically unusable in summer due to lack of shade. Even an umbrella and several sun sails only help to a limited extent.
