I received it as a response to my preliminary building inquiry. "Proposed projects are permissible according to the provisions of §35 (2) of the Building Code if the required nature conservation permit is granted." I don’t really understand it.
1. You want to build there where the property is not permitted. Außenbereich means that only farmers, gravel pits, fisheries, or similar are allowed to build there. Otherwise, everyone could just build their house in the middle of nowhere. The §35 is meant to avoid urban sprawl. 2. You are very lucky that you are still allowed to build your little house there. You receive an exceptional permit. 3. You only get the permit if you receive a positive nature conservation permit. Honestly, I have no idea about this – especially not in MV. Check the NatSchAG M-V or ask your architect. They have to know.
