That is definitely an argument. On our south-facing terrace, you can’t sit from 10 a.m. onwards at 22 degrees and above with direct sunlight either. As soon as the terrace is paved, there will be a terrace roof.

I have worked out a proposal for a friend’s northern plot. Maybe it can serve as a guide for you (of course, the individual regulations always have to be observed). The garage and the carport are used as privacy screens and, in the case of my friend, a chicken coop (can also be replaced by a garden shed). The walls used for separation can also be privacy fences.

You’ll soon need a tractor to keep the garden in shape. You really have to want that. Northwest corner is smart, endlessly long driveways and access routes are expensive and also not nice.

I just say: building envelope.... And maybe one should simply consider whether to possibly divide the property later. A second plot for the child or in case of lack of money... seems to be an option here. Accordingly, planning should be done.

Not sure if it will ever be possible. At the back there is only farmland, no road.

Doesn't matter. That's what pipe stems were invented for.
