That is definitely an argument. On our south-facing terrace, you can’t sit from 10 a.m. onwards at 22 degrees and above with direct sunlight either. As soon as the terrace is paved, there will be a terrace roof.Please note, however, that sitting in the blazing sun all day in summer is no fun. If you have no experience with this so far, it might come as a negative surprise to you. I can sing a song about that. In our current rental house, the terrace is practically unusable in summer due to the lack of shade. Even a parasol and several sun sails only help to a limited extent. I am therefore looking forward to our house with a north-facing orientation
