You don’t seriously want to try to get a 60€ credit, do you? You had planned a 90x90 shower that would have cost 280€ according to the invoice. Then you selected a walk-in/tiled shower, which would have been significantly more expensive and was now installed as a goodwill gesture. And now you want a credit on top of that???

If I were you, I would be happy about the shower and keep quiet, lest they still charge you for the walk-in shower after all. Because then even after offsetting, there would still be a bigger deficit.

I interpret the following situation:
[*]You buy a house from the developer; according to the construction specification with a shower tray 90 cm x 90 cm [*]During the construction phase you change this by mutual agreement to flush-level tiling. [*]The developer issues an addendum, which you pay.
So far so usual; it was basically the same with us.
[*]Now, some time later, you ask for a credit note for the shower tray according to the construction specification.
Now my assumption: The developer is surprised by your question, they thought the matter was settled with the addendum (which you paid!). Someone begins to recalculate and finds that the addendum was too low. Too bad. But the developer must still deflect the demand for the credit note. A smart move would now be a two-liner ("Credit note already settled with the addendum, we regret the misleading presentation and look forward to further constructive cooperation"). Instead, an extensive offsetting follows with the conclusion: As a courtesy, we will leave it at that. You are now rightfully puzzled. And we have something to discuss. Whether you are entitled to a credit note or whether actually too little was paid, in my opinion cannot be answered, since we do not know your "sanitary offer" in full. You can occasionally go through the items step by step and then form an opinion. According to the information provided here, you should consider the matter closed, calculate more precisely for future claims to the developer and above all only pay addenda when everything is understood.

Normally, upgrades are charged without specifically documenting one thing or the other. This is the case with general contractor construction. The cost of a walk-in shower should also not be underestimated. The craftsmanship is more demanding, even if you don't see it.

I find this tallying ridiculous, as it is a matter of half-knowledge and ignorance.

Go outside, walk half a lap, and take a good breath of fresh air. Come back in and have 2 beers -> let everything be just fine [emoji4]
