The material is one thing and the work to apply it? In TH, an hour of work costs money.

So you have 10cm more all around. Kaching! That can already amount to a good 100 euros or more.

The rest would have just been tiled, yes, but you got a slope, Kaching!

Well, and the rest too, the channel etc. doesn’t install itself and takes longer than a standard shower tray drain. And and and... as HilfeHilfe says... work... this item is five times higher for a level and tiled [Duschtasse] compared to an enameled or acrylic one.

I would even say as a developer: Man, my damn expensive draftsman had to redraw the plan for the tiler and the site manager had to coordinate everything again. It cost us 5 hours of additional work at €50 net per hour, and charge you €250 net. Sounds good, right?

As an expert, I can only say: bargain made. A [dDuschtasse] is simple to install, flush with the floor: slope, sealing, drain all elaborate. Just be happy.

But that only works with prior approval

Well ok, at least credited €60.
It was important to me to get her out of the benefactor position with her pseudo goodwill.

I think you seem to feel on the safe side. I think the developer is in the stronger position.
