Then I don’t understand the whole discussion. If I want to build a second property that costs around 3/4 million and that I only want to use on weekends or during vacations, I would have long been at the architect and (construction) lawyer to enforce my rights.
Since it is a weekend house, the house will be built fully or to a large extent with equity. Then €10-20K should also be possible for qualified support of the project.

P.S. You know that a simple reprimand from a third party – which can also come from this forum – can lead to the primary residence being dissolved? There are plenty of examples where people have lost lots of money and their home because of this.
For every clear-thinking person, such a construction project is Harakiri.

And as a supplement: The development plan says "full floor" and not floor. There are legal definitions for the full floor - you have to look them up for your federal state.

So if you build your "basement" as a full floor, there are two full floors. If you leave out the basement and add a small recessed floor, it remains one full floor. Such a thing would be, for example, even legally enforceable without problems, because the house only has one full floor. Completely in accordance with the development plan:

Yes, the question was not whether there is a road. We can see that on the plan. The question is about the obligation to keep the road passable, for example, for emergency vehicles. How is the water disposal handled for the others? For example, it makes a difference whether you build for 2 people or for 4. That can certainly lead to rejection. I would rather see that as a problem than the attic extension.

Yes, the building plots are known to the other discussants.

I have to honestly say that I find such means of communication very disturbing. This “Period” is something a person trying to appear dominant says to their subordinates when no argument is supposed to be allowed.
But it has no style at all! And in a forum it makes even less sense if the situation hasn’t been fully explained beforehand.

This conversation doesn’t become easier because of this either.

Yes, under anonymity many do not show their true face. If 90% mean well for you, an authority could be reading along among the remaining 10%.
But you will not uncover that one or those because they do not show themselves at all.
