I think your 100,000 EUR for the terrain modeling is a better down payment here...

How much do you think something like that costs? Another profile of about the "western edge of the hut."

Then you have to set the house lower than where the hut is. The driveway and the stairs will cost money, become steep and expensive, and have to be cleared and gritted in winter. There are nicer things than not being able to get into the garage after a day of work because the driveway looks more like a ski slope. In addition, the development. Even in Austria, every meter of cable to be laid will cost money.

For 100k you won't get the entire property terraced and secured.

You forget that it is not only the "back" that is a slope, but roughly half of the sides are also embedded in the slope. You will let the slope continue on the left and right sides of the house. Many things are possible structurally. But a combination of exterior walls in one story is shoddy construction. I am just wondering if I want to live on such a property at all :oops:
