I just thought of this: UG massive, EG and roof wood. Which direction does the slope go?
In the picture to the left, geographically exactly south, so perfect hillside location.
Therefore my interest in the plot with heights and direction of the slope
As I said, unfortunately I can’t help more at the moment. The topographic plan is in progress.
With a concrete cellar, which makes sense on a slope, usually yes.
But there is no cellar, after a 1m trench there is rock.
Well, but I don’t see 3 full floors here in the budget of 400k€. Although I can imagine that Austria is even more expensive than D (labor costs).
Nobody wants to build 3 full floors for 400k€ anyway... My idea at the moment is to have only the wall directly on the slope on the ground floor made of concrete – build the rest out of wood. (No idea if that is statically possible.)
You want a ready-to-move-in house, the cheapest turnkey 08/15 houses cost 300,000 EUR. But that only applies on flat land and good soil. Otherwise, there can quickly be an additional 20, 30,000 EUR for "extra foundation".
And then there's soil, painting, kitchen, so another 30, 40,000 EUR.
Suddenly, the 400,000 for the prefab house are gone.
That was suggested by Hanghaus. Basement concrete, ground floor + roof wood. Well, it doesn't say directly that the attic is developed
I wasn't talking about an attic development, but wanted to know where you already claim to have seen the masons and the bricks on the foundation slab. As I understand it, we are still far, far away from a philosophical discussion ante alea iacta (?)
