And the usual gimmicks with these "turnkey" offers: downspouts only go a little above ground level, no drainage, no internal development, garage is only the planning service included, and so on and so forth. And above all without any additions. Electrical and plumbing are often big items there.
What does interior finishing as own work mean?
Garage is not planned for the time being. Additions are included, right? Wallpapers, doors, tiles, etc. Interior finishing own work means we tile and paint ourselves. Material will be delivered though.
It’s not that I want to defend the offer, I just want to know where the mistake is.
