Just the platform in front of the front door quickly costs around 2,000. Having to decide whether to get new furniture first or something else is, in my personal opinion, very unsatisfying.

And the usual gimmicks with these "turnkey" offers: downpipes only go just above ground level, no drainage, no internal development, the garage is only the planning service included, and so on and so forth. And above all, without any detailed breakdown. Electrical and sanitary works are often large cost items.
