The homework of what is ultimately included and what has to be provided on site (with whatever costs, whether material, craftsmen, or work equipment/rental, and furthermore the double burden in case of delayed move-in) is yours. We can only make you aware of it.

It means nothing other than "the cheapest that is still technically permissible and does not contradict the contract text." btw OT: Just came in, an offer from a general contractor. It says about the clinker "good absorbent clinker brick for a maximum of €600 per 1000 pcs., to be obtained through dealer X, contact person Mr. Y. Poorly absorbent clinker or other joint color costs (unspecified) extra." That's how business works. The cheap, absorbent brick quickly becomes a "good absorbent" one, the base price for the brick is unrealistically low, the source of supply is dictated, and even the color change costs extra, although it is completely irrelevant for material and workmanship.

What about things like Sat and LAN cabling. They will also be added on top. Not the world, but every little bit counts.
