So by patterned you mean "more than the standard"? If yes, then actually not. But doors are included though.

Do they? If you mean your photo in #19, which gives us all a stiff neck, I have to say that it's too tedious for me to define the footnotes, etc. with a bent head, as the contractor probably meant in his offer.

The homework of what is ultimately included and what has to be provided on site (with whatever costs, whether material, craftsmen, or work equipment/rental, and furthermore the double burden in case of delayed move-in) is yours. We can only make you aware of it.

So if I read the offer correctly, you will receive the house finished on the outside and with screed laid inside. The remaining construction is done by yourself. The materials for this will be provided. The quality of the delivered materials is not defined.

And that is exactly the point. It means nothing other than "the cheapest that is still technically permissible and does not contradict the contract text." btw OT: Just came in, an offer from a general contractor. It says about the clinker "good absorbent clinker brick for a maximum of €600 per 1000 pcs., to be obtained through dealer X, contact person Mr. Y. Poorly absorbent clinker or other joint color costs (unspecified) extra." That's how business works. The cheap, absorbent brick quickly becomes a "good absorbent" one, the base price for the brick is unrealistically low, the source of supply is dictated, and even the color change costs extra, although it is completely irrelevant for material and workmanship.

What about things like Sat and LAN cabling. They will also be added on top. Not the world, but every little bit counts.

That should all be included as well. I will ask for a more concrete offer. Thanks to all helpers so far.
