This is rarely included because many don't want SAT at all.
So why should the shell house, which is 60k cheaper because it is a shell house, have this included when not even the high-priced ones have it?

Don’t trust any advisor (you are one yourself.....) who tells you something...... For this amount always get everything in writing (and EVERYTHING, including any promises made) and costs ALWAYS in connection with the corresponding services (also in writing - and listing everything individually).
