Does anyone know what minimum temperatures must be present to pour concrete?

What does it mean that the foundation is 90% poured? Are the remaining 10% supposed to be poured on top of that? That would seem strange to me at first. So if I were you, I would rather get some appropriate expertise for the supervision. I just wonder how a connection between the 90% already poured concrete and the remaining concrete is supposed to be created that will sufficiently satisfy a structural engineer? Not even any rebar has been inserted to create this necessary connection. In my opinion, gravity and friction alone are not enough. Layman's opinion: That won't work, everything has to go back to zero (dismantling).

This cannot be answered in a general way. The concrete must have a minimum temperature of +5 °C during placement at the site when the air temperature at the site is from +3 °C upwards.
