Yeah, it has to be smooth, but it’s probably something different again if the BP is not a supporting structure, which turned out to be the case for me.

It seems to me that you take the lightweight wall profiles laid on the foil against wind blow-away as permanent and (as supposed spacers) for parts of the reinforcement (?) The formwork boards apparently are not yet in their deployment height.

So for us, the reinforcement was created a few days before the concrete was installed. It was a whole pile of steel mesh and bent rods tied together with wires. The structural engineer and our site manager approved it, and 2 days later the concrete arrived. We received the structural plans, all calculations, and the reinforcement plans from the [GU] without requesting them.

Yes, you are right there. The OP has indirectly confirmed this with his response, if I am not mistaken.
I don't believe that the formwork boards are not yet at their intended height. After all, the OP wrote that the spacers were specially used to position the formwork.
Basically, it doesn't matter; for a floor slab supposedly fully prepared for concreting except for the reinforcement, in my opinion much is still unfinished. The pipes also don't look like they would still protrude from the concrete at a minimum slab thickness of 25 cm. But that could be deceptive in the pictures.

Oh, I haven't read here in a few days.

The formwork is definitely not yet brought to OKF. The supports from the outside are still missing so that the formwork does not bend outward.
