Construction costs - Please provide an assessment

We are currently simply calculating that this amount will be sufficient. With us, the costs of [Grunderwerbsteuer], tree felling, and soil removal will be eliminated.

@Muglu: then simply don't proceed like an amateur, but have BB and the contract documents reviewed by an independent expert :)

I would like to briefly present our construction project to you for comparison, and you will see that the price from the construction company seems okay to me at least.

- KfW 70 solid house with basement and 190 sqm living space (the basement was partly converted into a [Einliegerwohnung])
- Windows with triple glazing, wood stove heating with solar support system, nice
canopy ;-)

What is not included:
- Painting and wallpapering
- Floor coverings
- Exterior plaster
- Garage
- Controlled residential ventilation

And all that for just barely €30,000 more than you.

And no, we were not taken advantage of, and no, the company is not on the verge of insolvency, and no, we do not have a construction company from Poland.... ;-)

Yes, of course the ancillary construction costs are added on....
