Building a single-family house with a basement - Is the financing calculation too risky?

I'm just not sure, because 1. the 2000€ probably won't apply to you 2. due to the living space quality in the basement, the cellar should possibly also be valued at 2000€. What is included in the 110k€ cellar? Is there a bathroom in the basement? 3. You haven't said anything about the incidental construction costs 4. The rest of the equipment is not cheap either. 5. How are the slope and deep excavation works calculated? 700k€ is not little, but 300 sqm living space quality with upscale equipment isn't either.

We would like a solid wood kitchen from Team 7, the price with an island is unfortunately normal as we were told, since the property is very steep with a 4 meter height difference we will probably have to work with retaining walls. The property is about 1500 sqm

I find the income is clearly too low for the loan and also apparently for the desired standard of living. I would not undertake this project with less than 10k/month.

The ancillary construction costs were calculated at 30,000 euros, yes, there is a small bathroom in the basement included, which is however standard
