Building a single-family house with a basement - Is the financing calculation too risky?

What is included in the 110k€ cellar? Is there a bathroom in the basement? 3. You haven't said anything about the incidental construction costs 4. The rest of the equipment is not cheap either. 5. How are the slope and deep excavation works calculated? 700k€ is not little, but 300 sqm living space quality with upscale equipment isn't either.

We would like a solid wood kitchen from Team 7, the price with an island is unfortunately normal as we were told, since the property is very steep with a 4 meter height difference we will probably have to work with retaining walls. The property is about 1500 sqm
