Cost of a single-family house 180m2 with basement and double garage

Yes, so we are currently considering building such a house and are wondering if 500,000 including [Außenanlagen] will be enough. That said, it should be noted that the 180m2 already includes two living rooms in the basement (the plot has a slight slope, which is why earthworks will be necessary).

We pay for 134 sqm above ground plus finished basement plus wooden frame garage 6x6 with normal equipment +/- 350,000€. In addition, there are kitchen and floor coverings/walls which will certainly cost another 30-40,000 euros in total. Then there are also all ancillary construction costs.

I would be interested to know how much your garage costs.

Where are you building? What is a gentle slope? Are the soil conditions difficult? Rock? Silt? Rule of thumb. In SH or MVP 1500,- per sqm. In southern Hessen or BW it can also be a good 2000,-, as reported here. Only the turnkey house without incidental construction costs. Karsten

Thank you, that roughly corresponds to our ideas. Above ground we have 140 sqm and in the basement another 40 sqm of living space. I’m only interested in the house itself without incidental construction costs for now. I am aiming at €500,000.
