Many private sellers advertise on e. Classifieds or regional platforms, bulletin boards, etc.

Our current house was only advertised on such a portal, not on a well-known real estate portal. And the plot of land we bought was only advertised on e. Classifieds.

I have also once placed a search ad on e. Classifieds, there I was offered a few objects from private individuals, none were really suitable, but at least something was offered.

Window installers are significantly more competent than real estate agents. Or did you mean business consultants? (that would be a liberal profession, not a trade) – I gladly admit that I deliberately don’t play golf because I hold most of my colleagues passionately in regard for one thing above all else, namely keeping my distance. Replace "is" with "should be," otherwise it only applies to every tenth agent. That’s exactly what annoys me about real estate agents: that most of them do not even remotely live up to little Fritz’s cliché "they definitely know the market and everyone, a glance in the file and the matter is settled." The majority of agents have nothing more than the mentioned trade license and rely on the three cards "hope dies last," "a blind chicken sometimes finds a grain," and "Infinite Monkey." That you can do cheaper yourself. I may have expressed myself ambiguously: there is nothing against using real estate agents – you just shouldn’t commission them. With the explicit note "THIS IS NOT A COMMISSION," you can certainly invite them to get in touch if they have something suitable on offer.

If a company had plots of land, then the company could also show them directly. And if the plot of land was good, then one could also openly and honestly mention the high taxes.

I'll quote a salesman from a home construction company I spoke to on the phone a few weeks ago: "I get access to land more easily than the average person – through my network I have access to many plots and additionally I’m officially allowed to bribe the broker. And which broker wouldn’t be happy about an extra 4 bills."

My experiences from last year: Please do not sign such a contract under any circumstances, neither with the company Kern nor with any other house seller. Many house building companies offer something like this. However, they usually do not have their own plots of land (where should they come from anyway?) and if they do, according to my experience, these are plots on which no reasonable person would want to build or live. Many house sellers also advertise plots that do not exist at all, which unfortunately become unavailable after signing the contract or they advertise the same plot multiple times with only slightly changed square meter details, location information, etc. It is different with plots that are offered from the beginning as "developer-bound".

Then he should just show me the plots of land he can offer. It can even be anonymized. And already sweat beads are forming on the salesperson’s forehead
