Hi, I am actually working on a similar case: New development area (framework plan has not yet been adopted, let alone the development plan) with several single-family house plots. The marketer (not the city) said they cooperate with a developer, called them. They said yes, we have exclusive plots reserved in a subarea - and the list is already 50% full. If you now sign a contract of sale, you also get on this exclusive list. However, the plot is not sold by the developer. I am waiting for the documents. There is supposedly a right of withdrawal if you do not agree with the remaining plots. It is of course somehow tempting not to have to rely on chance/luck.
hi, yes that is okay and different. with us, the plots are primarily allocated to a developer. It has already been covered by the local press. in the other case, they are still searching. In that case, both contracting parties are practically competitors against each other.
