Cleaning the front of a fully integrated dishwasher

I am new here in the forum, as I moved out of my parents' house a week ago.
I bought a Metod kitchen from Ikea with all the appliances. The assembly went well except for the dishwasher, but I have been struggling with it for days and IKEA either cannot or will not help me.
I have the dishwasher Rengöra with production number 911 535 072 and want to attach an Bodbyn front with 80 cm height to it.
I drilled all the holes using the drilling template and assembled all the parts. However, when hooking it into the sliding hinge, the front protrudes above the countertop. Can someone please help me here?
I have searched the entire forum but unfortunately found no solution for it.

Hello, the dishwasher needs to be pushed further into the niche. Someone wrote here somewhere that there are plastic things on the back for transport on the device that need to be removed.

thanks for the contribution, unfortunately the dishwasher cannot be pushed in further because the front is higher than the countertop. Of course, I could screw the dishwasher down, but according to the instructions, there must be no air between the top of the dishwasher and the countertop. However, the gap would be almost 2 centimeters if the front would fit.

Have you
a) used the correct drilling template,
b) clicked the spacer bar on top?

thank you very much! I or the electrical appliance fitter did not install the spacer strip.. Unfortunately, he apparently threw it away since he left nothing behind
Does anyone happen to know where I can get it?
