Something is probably wrong there. If it should say "0.4 / II," 0.4 is at worst even the floor area ratio! - please report exactly what is written. Usually, the usage template (once for all areas of the plan) is explained. Much less frequently than site coverage index and floor area ratio, a volumetric index is specified.

Again about the position of the sun:
two weeks ago, so mid-April, we got sun in our north bathroom from about 6 p.m. on. Although only from the side, I already find that remarkable and worth mentioning at the beginning of the sun season and the topic “there is only sun in the south.”

As I already said, I would move the garage to the SE and separate the driveway a little from the west garden with a hedge, so that a terrace can also be well placed in the SW.
I would make the house narrower so that it fits the plot and offers a little more space on the west.
But these would only be thoughts that arise when you draw with a pencil on graph paper and the floor area ratio question is approved by the building authority/ development plan.

Something like this?

Or even further north?
Preferably the house longer and narrower, right?
Although the "insides" would of course have to be completely new.

The kitchen should be as closed off as possible because of odors.

The doors were indeed too narrow. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong ones.

Yes, unfortunately, there isn’t much space when you come up the stairs. Actually, I don’t like that very much either.

Swapping the shower and the bidet is a good idea.

The third "children's room" is supposed to be an ironing room, as only two children are actually planned. Unfortunately, I mislabeled it.

There will also be customer visits once a week.

No, the garage doesn’t necessarily have to be in the west. It’s just not so bad because next to the property on the left, where 6m is marked, 5 public parking spaces will be built, and when driving out, at least on the left you have a fairly clear view.
