I have already considered it, it’s actually not a bad idea. However, I would have to extend the hallway area considerably if the entrance is at the corner of the house. Otherwise, I don’t know how to access all the rooms.

Oh, the plot ratio really is not correct. I looked wrongly. It is 25%.

I will try it out this evening and post the new idea here.

So 0.25 - since it is typically given in decimal form. That then makes 149 sqm. However, that sounds unusually high to me for "two full floors permitted".

That is actually the case. I am uploading the development plan here as a PDF. Hope it can be read. The floor area ratio is 2.2.

At least I believe it is like that. I can't find anything else where it could be. I'm not very familiar with it *embarrassed* If anyone finds a different number, they can gladly let me know.

Would also be an idea No kidding aside, I'll create another floor plan tonight. Maybe the long corridor will work out after all
