Garage in the SE corner?!

And I will correct: in the garden you also have sun in the north, especially in the evening.
How much sun comes through which window is a different matter: the rule is south, or that almost nothing comes into the house from the north.
You have to consider that separately.
You can very well illuminate a large open-plan room with SW windows, while the terrace is accessed in the NW.

Entrance South East
Main terrace North West
How it is in summer, no idea. Last weekend it was hardly bearable on the South, South-West side.
In the North-West it is almost always sunny somewhere from noon and in the afternoon we set up the sunshade.

I would change quite a bit on the upper floor. Are you planning for 3 children or is that a guest, hobby, I don't know room?

I would place the house and garage differently on the property.
As suggested by YPG
Garage South/East closer to the street
All-room South/West

The area in front of the stairs would be way too dark for me, and such a narrow stairwell is also a matter of taste. In the living room, you sit with a view of the parked car. The dressing room looks as if there wouldn’t even be space for 3 meters of closet length.

Best regards
Sabine

Exactly like that. And in the yard a nice place to enjoy the sun on a bench during the cold season. Second and third terraces always work [emoji4] On the exterior views the carport is on the property boundary, spanning the entire corner. Of course that's not possible and is regulated in the state building code how much boundary construction is allowed. Usually max. 9/12 meters...

12.5 x 14 meters is the construction on the plot with the house... 168 sqm. One is allowed 240 according to the floor area ratio. It might be that this also covers the driveway? Then be a bit careful with the development, it can all be a bit too much, so that the generous floor area ratio is quickly exceeded.
