City villa 160-170 m², issue with connection of windbreak to garage

If you have squeezed through the door to the bathroom, which is partly blocked by the stairs, you are immediately rewarded with a view of the toilet. Unfortunately, the bay window makes the roof structure expensive, something that still needs to be worked on.

The sofa is as big as a child's room. And apart from the spacious guest toilet, the entrance hall does not match what comes after it.

In terms of "style," the floor plan is only slightly similar to its predecessors but increasingly reminds me of another Berlin thread:

Headroom of the staircase in the area of access to the bathroom upstairs is insufficient anyway, not to mention the halved access path there to the bathroom upstairs.

In my opinion, this type of staircase simply wastes too much space, even though it is probably the most comfortable to walk on. I would reconsider this. With a different staircase, you could definitely get a lot more out of the space.

To make it clear what is meant by this:


On the upper floor, the stairs must be built over at least as much as in this example. This reduces the headroom in the area of the opening. And, consider how one goes down the stairs.

another reason to switch to a different staircase. the current ones really ruin the floor plan

Just an idea from me with similar external dimensions as in the last floor plan (10x11m)
