I would have the door to the living room open into the hallway. If it usually stands open anyway, you can simply open it very wide and it won't be in the way anywhere, and even if it is only half open, it is less of a nuisance there than in the living room.

Windows on the upper floor southeast too bulky. Also does not fit with the bedroom. Put the bed on the southeast side and the window on the northeast side. With a parapet. There is too little utility room or storage rooms and areas in the house. Swap shower and toilet or properly rearrange the furniture in the bathroom.

I find the T in the bathroom oppressively tight. Get rid of it. The wall in the living room has the same problem - it makes the room smaller. It's just about okay here - but I would still remove it (tip: try walking through the house in 3D with and without the wall!) Otherwise, I think it's quite good. Yvonne already mentioned the window. Move the door of the guest room 65 cm towards the top of the plan so that, if necessary, a cabinet could fit behind it. I find the utility room way too small - therefore, I wouldn't take space for the shower downstairs from the utility room but let it extend into the office on the other side.

In my opinion, the bathroom's problem is not specifically the T, but it is generally still far from the finish line. The ratio of area to "living value" here is still a very thin, weak brew.

Thank you for your hints/comments!

Due to problems with the size of the utility room regarding the planned controlled residential ventilation with air-water heat pump, we fundamentally revised the floor plan again and made a few more changes. Somehow strange that we are now experiencing the same as so many others . Before we send this to the planner at the end of the week, we would be grateful for any further feedback of any kind. Eventually, we have to close the deal.

Wishing you all a great week!

I notice that the children's rooms are smaller than the bathroom. At 11.4 sqm, the size is not really great. For me, around 12 sqm is the minimum that a living room should have. The children's rooms then naturally grow with the size of the house. There really isn't a proper wardrobe, just a place where everyone can put their jacket and a pair of shoes. Kitchen: the work area is a bit too spacious; it could be more compact. The hallway takes up a lot of space. I think you have to make compromises if you want a large living room, big here and big there... then you need a big house. Or make some areas smaller. But saving on the children's rooms now I think is wrong. After all, they live in their rooms.
