What do you need the architect for? Architect sounds like a completely new floor plan. But somehow, on the other hand, you’re not renovating completely?

We are changing the layout on the upper floor (divide room, modify), want the attic to be properly utilized, so also well planned. Additionally for tendering, construction supervision, etc.

Mercy :) with "normal" renovations involving a bit of wall removal, I simply don't know anyone who goes the whole way with an architect :) hence my curious question. Although this one here also doesn't seem very experienced in renovations? Or it somehow is only half renovated here. I haven't quite grasped it yet.
