Ah, what does your energy consultant say?

With us, the bonus was also taken into account. However, I'm not quite sure how it was implemented specifically. For the heating, we will probably receive separate funding (that will be Bafa) and initially aim for Kfw70 (EE), although 55 would have been possible. As you can see, I currently have less than half knowledge on this, I would need to take another look and ask. But you need a renovation roadmap from the energy consultant anyway.

With us, the energy consultant would be commissioned if we decide to proceed. The goal of the architect's preliminary draft was to first obtain a proper cost estimate. At the level it is now and what is obviously missing (underfloor heating [EG / OG], floor coverings [OG] (and partially [EG]), ceilings newly suspended because of the ventilation system, painting work, ...), the next step is a comparison with a smaller but better laid out new building without a basement. I have a meeting with the bank in the next few days. I am therefore happy to receive further opinions on the cost estimate. :)

That should be possible to structure with the combined efforts of an architect and an energy consultant so that it can be bundled into two portions :)
