Well, I wouldn’t get one now. I’m still saving up equity. At least so that I can finance most of the land myself.

From next year, our income will also increase by at least 500 euros. That would then be 3100 euros.

But no one here can know that your income will still increase. Next year is already in 4 months..

And if you want to buy the house in 2-3 years, the overall market situation might look different again.

Sorry, but you hardly give any info and you don't answer the questions that are asked.

I think you should ask again when it's really time and you have concrete numbers.

Why do you assume that every citizen is entitled to a home? I don’t know any Hartz 4 recipients who have built a house either. Do you? And what is a "simple house"? Homeownership is always "luxury."

Unfortunately, real life doesn’t work like in kindergarten with the motto "I want, I want, I want."

Do something for your education or further training. That often increases income. And save equity. Then maybe owning a home will work out.

What is the difference between someone who works and does not own a home.

And.

Someone who does not work and does not own a home.

I have already written something about conclusions drawn from the way posts are formulated and spelled. This seems to be confirmed once again.

But we live (fortunately) in a country where, through private autonomy, you are allowed to enter into most contracts and thus make decisions that can even have existentially negative consequences. The desire-driven purchase of homeownership against monetary reason is such a decision.

With a monthly net income of EUR 2,600.00, a family of four will not be able to build a (normal) house. There is no sugarcoating that.
