Well, I'm saving up my own capital for the plot of land.
Many families have such an average income.
Well, I envy the Hartz 4 recipients. They enjoy their lives. I work and can’t even afford a simple house.
But one should not generalize from oneself to others and vice versa.
Hardly anyone really talks openly about how they ultimately financed their house.
How much equity was available, whether the parents/grandparents or someone else contributed something after all.
Moreover, many do not reveal the facts when they have overstretched themselves financially or when the construction ended up costing significantly more than initially planned.
I don't know how old you are, but I would generally prefer to buy a house a bit later and approach the matter more relaxed, rather than now at all costs.
