I believe the average German is quite unremarkable and can afford to buy a home by saving and making some compromises – maybe not 200 m² and more likely in the outskirts, but it is certainly not impossible.

I didn't write that the average income is "higher." I wrote that there are significantly more "high earners" than, for example, the impression given on TV.

Sure, shows with high earners also achieve high ratings in the fewest cases. Envy prevents that.

I guess it depends a bit on what you watch
So [die Sendung mit der Maus] doesn't address it at all. The morning show is very nuanced... I don't think I've watched anything else for a few years now.
