I have already written something about conclusions from the way the posts are formulated and spelled. This seems to be confirmed once again.
But fortunately we live in a country where, through private autonomy, most contracts may be concluded and decisions may be made that can even have existentially negative effects. The demand-driven acquisition of homeownership against monetary reason is such a decision.
With a monthly net income of EUR 2,600.00, a family of four will not be able to build a (normal) house. There is no sugarcoating that.
Well, either you don’t understand. I also did not say that I am building or want to build tomorrow.
But to what extent it is possible with such a salary.
If it is too little, then that’s fine. I don’t understand the fuss here.
I am just saying if you are 1000 euros short every month for a loan, then we have a bad economy. w
