Well, either you don’t understand. I also did not say that I am building or want to build tomorrow.
But to what extent it is possible with such a salary.

If it is too little, then that’s fine. I don’t understand the fuss here.

I am just saying if you are 1000 euros short every month for a loan, then we have a bad economy. w

The problem here is that there are too many aloof people who are too stupid to understand. It seems only rich people are at work here.

But when you face each other, some of them get scared shitless.

1000 EUR for a loan is not too little, with corresponding income (not available) and corresponding equity* (not available). With 2600 EUR, you simply cannot build a house, especially not for a family of four. Take a look around here at what the builders spend on the houses... including high incidental costs.

*10,000 or 20,000 will not be enough!!!

Yes, and where is the problem?

I save 500 - 600 euros every month + 750 cold rent. Just calculate.
