Where did I say there is no equity?

I have equity. Enough in about 2 years to buy the property myself.

I can neither hear nor read it anymore!

I warn you exactly once - so think carefully about how you want to present yourself here!

This is getting stupid for me now too. You have been asked x times already whether there is equity? That is the decisive factor! What will be there in 2 years does not matter at all.

My assumption: So far there is 0 EUR equity and yesterday evening during tea you decided that a home must be bought and in the future you will save 500 EUR per month. Thus, in 2 years there will be 12,000 EUR equity. Great. The only problem: With a rate of 1000 EUR, you probably need 120,000 EUR equity. This is all ridiculous..

How many times is still okay. If the salary doesn't fit.

But I know friends and acquaintances in similar financial situations who have a home without equity.

It was just a question but to be attacked and warned immediately. OK.

Nowhere in the forum rules does it say that the forum is a wish concert. So if you receive answers that you do not like content-wise, that is by no means unusual. Furthermore, I cannot see that any other user in this thread has deviated from the path of good manners.

Besides – manners have nothing to do with education or income, but very much with upbringing; you seem to currently suppress what you learned before. That is why you have been warned by me.

Rhenish regards
