Comparing in such amounts is almost impossible. You can hardly infer anything from others. There are so many factors involved. And rarely are you told all of them. And hardly anyone will tell you that they are currently struggling financially or tight on money. And everyone has a different lifestyle. Only your own situation matters to you.

Well, anyway, he hasn’t (yet) introduced the topic of "refugees," so for now it’s only Hartz IV recipients, who are apparently to be categorically denied the right to home ownership. It should be considered that even after 35 years of employment, owning property for decades, and having sufficient equity, one can fall into Hartz IV status after a short period of unemployment. If you’re going to think at all, a certain depth of thought would be advisable. Otherwise, it remains just pub talk and an eternal discussion of envy.

Yes, in this respect, I probably belong to that group.

Possibly.

That can happen too. Primarily, however, when one cannot leave the shallow discussion and the pressure becomes unbearably high. Presumably, you want to—unaware of the person across from you—imply that you want to exploit a supposed physical advantage through simple intimidation. That’s pretty funny and also repeatedly observable. In real life, it often looks different as soon as the phone number is recognized on the display and the metabolism as a whole gets going. Oh yes, by "metabolism" I don’t mean changing clothes.

This thought is obvious. If it comes to that, the original poster can start practicing hiding already. These days he would (unfortunately) not be the first whose IP receives unexpected attention from the Office for the Protection of the Constitution. The girls and boys are grateful for any concrete hint that makes their work easier Rheinische greetings

hm sometimes I do wonder how some families can afford a home. We, or rather my husband, currently earn a decent amount, and can even get by in Munich on one salary without living in a dump. Still, we are really pondering whether building ourselves is really feasible. We will probably end up around 350k for the house, and that already includes a good buffer of 50k that hopefully we won’t need. Land about 100k. Plus garden landscaping plus carport plus extras plus additional costs and notary and whatever else comes up. Then it could easily become 500k. Sounds pretty huge (and when I think about the fact that we plan to do this in NRW, because in Munich we’d probably end up paying double). Yes, sometimes you get the impression you have to be especially rich. Or drastically lower your expectations ops: In this respect, I can understand this request here (even if not the manner).

Maybe it’s because there are significantly more "high earners" than some private TV channels want us to believe. According to them, the German population consists only of celebrities, welfare recipients, low earners, and parents of children. That probably doesn’t quite reflect reality.
