However: what if I get 3-Play, are the basic fees for cable TV then included or still not? In principle, 3Play brings me some HD channels and in the smallest package it costs "only" 35€/month in the long run. We just went through Telekom... 600€ regardless of duration. 400€ credit if you book Magenta 123 directly with the Bauherrenservice. Telekom normal, shop and Bauherrenservice don’t communicate with each other... horrible and was extremely difficult for us because you can apparently get the wrong department at the service number – so better ask who you are talking to; in the shop it’s not possible at all.

They probably do the cable trench digging, but you have to provide the physical empty conduit yourself – or include it right away when electricity and water come. Waiting time at Telekom is usually 4 to 5 months.

With us, Telekom is laid directly by our electricity provider. They have a cooperation there. That's really convenient. You can also get information there.
