The staircase is currently being plastered, afterwards it should be even firmer.... but even so, contrary to my fears, it is very stable.

Hello, I have been reading along. We also want to make a Ytong wall instead of a metal railing on the upper floor - we 15cm thick - do you really think it will hold without reinforcing the wall with iron or something else?

What are you planning? With 15cm I wouldn't worry at all. With plaster it's almost 20.

At that thickness, it probably doesn't look very delicate anymore...
