Building stair railing out of Ytong blocks - Does it hold?

I built the railing myself using 11.5 cm aerated concrete. It is a 1/4 turn staircase. The railing continues in the upper floor as a parapet wall and ultimately looks almost like a "G". I glued the aerated concrete directly onto the (raw) steps. In my opinion, it holds well and nothing has cracked or the like. As a finish / handrail on top, I used a plank made of oak (oiled afterwards).

I will ask again exactly how he then attaches it there!
