Ypg dormer windows are also not permitted

11ant 10.2 meters should be more than enough. The partner who is building with me is a good old friend, he will of course be involved in everything

Please bring a bit more clarity: size of the building envelope?, ridge direction specification? floor area ratio, etc. I am not sure if the gable side can be extended indefinitely to make the upper floor more usable. 0m knee wall +35° roof pitch is still possible. Even with a "normal" gable length of 10m, rooms in the upper floor remain with a width of 3.40m each, of which 2m are well walkable, under the slope then bed, bathtub, desk (under double casement window) depending on the type of room. See hand sketch. So it is not completely unusable. You can still play a bit with the position of the collar beam, maybe about +20cm in addition to my sketch.

Mottenhausen the building window is approximately 13/14 wide × 16 deep. No floor area ratio is specified. Maximum room height is 3 meters. I would definitely try to fully utilize 8 meters in width and then go up to 10 to 12 meters. However, the development plan does not allow dormer windows. Does this automatically exclude a bay window as well? Thanks for the drawing

"No dormers" usually also means "no cross dormers," but it does not say anything against bay windows; however, such windows would not help you with your desire for less slope at the base of the roof.
