The municipality needs this anyway. The preliminary decision only "checks" whether the planning complies with public-law requirements. The points listed in the preliminary decision are therefore not checked again. However, the application with all other points undergoes the normal procedure.
I thought that above all the dimensions of the house (width * length * height and roof shape and pitch) are to be checked. What other things need to be checked?
I was informed by the architect that the building permit would be granted quickly if we simply adhere to the preliminary building permit.
