Build all required parking spaces, even if they are not needed?

The parking space in front of the house entrance is just an open area (no built garage). It does not block pedestrians' access to the house.

The area in front of the house is a parking space. You can still get into the house from there.

These duplex garages where the car drives up we had also looked at. It wasn’t that expensive at all. I think I would just build that. The disadvantage that you can’t easily get to the car doesn’t interest you. The left yellow parking space is good though. Why shouldn’t it fit?

Do you have a cost estimate for that? We are planning a ProHaus prefabricated garage. How much would the additional costs be for the duplex garage?

What is that supposed to mean?

That is not a problem. We prefer to have the same solution for both of us :)
Either 1 additional parking space or an additional duplex garage for each house

And if there is a car parked there, you walk around the car into the house!? Sorry, that is and remains nonsense.
If there were still 2 m of "space," it would be okay, but as it is, you are basically scraping the "canopy" on the house or the side panel.
It is already too tight on the plan and in reality there is "chaos" with 4 cars in this area.

Duplex garage is the worst. That's why in many facilities most vehicles end up parked outside/on the roadside during the day. I had such a thing myself in the rental apartment in 1998. Usually, you can't open the door wide enough, there is a height limitation, and in the end you have to get over a ramp with momentum.

Maybe newer ones are better or more comfortable, but I don't want to know the price, or do I?
