Yes, everything included, also new screed with underfloor heating. A walk-in shower was not possible, but shower + bathtub. And ceiling spotlights were also installed. I don't know exactly which fittings we have. But in the end, that doesn't really matter. In total, it was about 200 working hours, which makes up about 50 percent of the costs. If the things at the bathroom showroom are too expensive for you, you will just have to cut back a bit. You can also install a surface-mounted fitting yourself. Just like a washbasin or mirror cabinet. It then costs your time, not the craftsman's. Whether it’s worth it, you have to judge for yourselves.

Yes, of course, we could definitely do and install a lot ourselves, but we at least want to have a warranty for the sanitary parts and pipes etc. Do you have branded items like Villeroy & Boch, Grohe etc., or rather store brands? In my opinion, the branded items are the price drivers in the showrooms.

It’s not like there aren’t washbasins for much less. Ours is from Ikea. Self-installed for under 500 euros.

Behind the house brands are often the well-known manufacturers. But yes, these are all well-known brands that we chose.
In the bathroom studio, prices are usually not given. But of course, you can say there that you would like to look at the cheaper options first. We also asked several times what cheaper alternatives there are. In addition, we also looked online to see if we might find an alternative there that we also like.
As a layperson, you can also do a lot wrong when buying online. For example, our washbasin faucet comes in 3 or 4 different sizes. When we sent our desired model to the craftsman, we immediately received the answer that the selected size was not suitable for the washbasin. This probably would have only become apparent to us during installation.
We also misjudged the washbasin. The previous one was 120cm, and we were advised to rather take only 100cm. Instinctively, we would have taken 120cm again to have more space in the drawers. But 100cm was clearly the better choice, and it doesn’t look so cramped.

But we looked for a long time and want THAT washbasin. Buying online and installing ourselves would easily save 30% here, so it’s not about the "exclusive" material, but whether we do it ourselves or have it done.

In your place, I would look for an alternative for the washbasin and tall cabinet. Unfortunately, my wife didn’t like Ikea. We then went to a furniture store, but we didn’t find anything suitable there either. So we ended up taking the washbasin from the bathroom studio, with which we have been very satisfied so far. If you haven’t already bought them, the tiles don’t necessarily have to be 120x60...
