We thought so too. But the tiler charges an extra fee from 30x60 - the same as for 120x60.

If you do everything yourself (if you can) and buy everything yourself, you are certainly -60%. That's just how it is.

At our place, a rough estimate was 30k per bathroom. We do everything ourselves, but it takes forever. There are really many small things that require work. The labor effort is really not to be underestimated.

The average lifespan of the old type of water pipes is 30-40 years.

You need to replace the water pipes.

The electrical installations should be changed in the same way.

Your bathroom is somewhat larger than average, so you should expect a price of €20,000 to €25,000.

You will hardly find it cheaper.

It is a fair price for 3D planning, labor, and material. All inclusive.

That implies a higher equipment standard but is not exclusive.

Of course, some well-known companies charge more than €40,000, and then the majority of the work is carried out by subcontractors like us at a significantly lower price.

If you want more extravagant and noble fixtures and ceramic tiles (e.g. Porcelanosa ceramic tiles or Dornbracht fittings), the price is certainly €10,000 more

The execution time of the work is 2-3 weeks
