Think about why you want to put a garage in the basement facing south (since the slope goes from north to south). Then maybe add a panoramic window next to it for the freezer room? That is planned without considering the property. The garage can be placed on the boundary development... The basement is ideally suited for living rooms on the south side with direct access to the south garden. Just as an example. On the south side, you then visually have a two-story building, on the north side a single-story. Towers are too tall for the plots to look nice. Besides, three stories are more expensive than two.
