The driveway is at the bottom right... you plan the garage at the top left... furthermore, it is high in the north, low in the south... or did I misunderstand something?

But there should also be a street at the top.

Yep, as I understood it, access is also possible from the north. The road is clearly visible. Or did I misunderstand that? If so, I would still ask the municipality about it. In addition, it is "at the top" there and you look over your land into the valley.

Realistically, I see such an access from a district road as somewhat unrealistic or negligent. And before one knows it, no plans can be made.

It depends on how fast one is allowed to drive there and how clear the location is. I wouldn’t worry about that at first.

The wording in the initial post is also difficult to understand. However, it would be extremely unusual if, besides the planned access via the turning area, access via the service road were possible. Informally, it is certainly helpful for garden design, but certainly not usable for providing necessary parking spaces.

Otherwise, I consider the questions premature given the planning status. A sensible house planning, including the positioning of the building on the plot, is only possible once the conditions of the development plan, the access, and the elevation are sufficiently definitively known. The decision for a plot at this location seems to have been made. Or does the location of the building window still influence whether the reservation is accepted?
