There are no doors and windows drawn in because they would only be a distraction for now; it is actually more about having a basis for discussion with the architect. He will tell us later anyway what is possible and what is not.
With the remaining space after deduction (with 12 cm walls), you end up with 1.60 m width for the entrance area, which is too narrow, so okay, the guest toilet goes outside :D.
Basically, the study blocks the floor plan, since there is no window on the gable (garage), I don’t want to put the toilet on the gable wall either.
Regarding the link: What is absolutely out of the question for us is an open living/kitchen area. The living room should always serve as a retreat.
About the fireplace, I expressed myself poorly; it goes on the interior wall, corner "hallway, living, dining" next to the passage to the dining area.
First, we are going to the kitchen studio later to gather impressions, then we can better estimate how little 3.10 really is.
