How should the house be placed on the plot? A corresponding north arrow on the floor plan makes the assignment easier. Or better yet, fit it onto the plot right away, include the garage location, driveway. Especially because of

Should the stairs be a U-shaped staircase? It all looks a bit tight to me. Where should the coat rack be?

Pantry... where should the access be from? If from the kitchen, then 1 m depth is actually not very usable.

Working in the basement... Is the office supposed to be a guest room?

Upper floor, if the knee wall height is only 150 cm, then definitely plan the bathroom. I don’t see a good position for a shower if you don’t want to end up in front of the window or right next to the door.

A wood-burning stove is desired... I don’t see a planned chimney shaft... always remember, it must also fit on the upper floor.

We will only have the jackets on the ground floor that we actually need at the moment.

So, I usually use 2 to 3 jackets per season alternately, and I actually always want to have them where I leave the house. The same goes for shoes. And then, of course, everything for 4 people ;) ... bike helmets, etc. If you always have to go through the house downstairs for everything one by one, that’s not very practical.

Planning a staircase with 2x2 m is also quite a narrow staircase. Have you ever tested such stairs by walking on them?
