Approximately 120 sqm, 1.5 stories

Since I realized my inability to estimate lengths and sizes, the meter stick is always in a pocket ;) And this re-measuring syndrome... yes, measuring can really become a daily activity at home. I know that very well!

new attempt, now also with measurements. We have now settled on a square floor plan, which can be easily stretched and compressed if necessary. The fireplace is to be placed on the 45-degree wall in the living room. Things look a bit rough around the guest WC :) The square meters in room 5 are not correct, these are the first attempts with "meinHausplaner".

Guest bathroom doesn't work like this (no one passes by the bathroom) and the living room feels very closed off. With this floor plan, I would recommend removing the wall between the dining and living areas to bring in some openness, unless you like the camel feeling. The staircase issue is known (due to the first step being right next to the door, you might track a lot of dirt through the house), but in my opinion, it can be done.
